Hello, I’m Nassos.
I offer integrative, trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirmative, anti-oppressive counselling and psychotherapy for adults, face-to-face in Exeter, UK, and online wherever you are.
No matter what you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone.

How I work
I work with people navigating a wide range of experiences, from trauma and anxiety to identity, relationships, and life transitions. My approach is integrative, which means I draw on multiple therapeutic modalities — including person-centred, psychodynamic, and Internal Family Systems — and adapt them to suit your individual needs. As a therapist, I am not going to give you advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I will do my best to be present with you, to hear you, and to walk alongside you as you move towards greater awareness of who you are, what has led you to this moment, and where you want to go from here.
I am LGBTQ+ affirming, trans healthcare-informed, and committed to providing an inclusive, non-judgmental space for all clients. I believe that every person deserves therapy that honours who they are.

Services
Individual Therapy
One-to-one sessions for adults (18+) exploring anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, relationships, grief, life transitions, and more.
- Session length: 50 minutes
- Frequency: Weekly (or as agreed)
- Format: In person, online via video call, or via instant messaging.
What to Expect
Your first session is an opportunity for us to meet, talk about what's brought you to therapy, and explore whether we're a good fit. I firmly believe that one of the most healing elements of therapy is the therapeutic relationship itself. Therefore, there is no pressure and no commitment required after this initial meeting.
Most counsellors offer an initial 20’ consultation online free of charge, and I am happy to offer this to you. However, if you would like to work face-to-face, or experience what an actual session feels like before you commit, I can also offer a full first session, either online or in person, for a reduced fee (£20).

FAQs
How do I get started?
Get in touch via the contact form or email me directly. I'll arrange a free 20-minute consultation so we can talk about what you're looking for and whether we're a good fit.
How long will therapy take?
This varies enormously from person to person. Some people benefit from a focused short-term piece of work (8–12 sessions); others prefer open-ended therapy. We'll review regularly and you're free to end at any time.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Online sessions are available via Teams and are equally effective for many people.
What is integrative therapy?
Integrative therapy draws on multiple therapeutic approaches rather than working from a single model. This means I can adapt my way of working to suit you — rather than asking you to fit into a fixed framework.
What does trauma-informed mean?
Trauma-informed practice means I understand how trauma affects the mind and body, and I work in a way that prioritises safety, choice, and collaboration at every step.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. Everything discussed in sessions is confidential, with a small number of standard exceptions (e.g. if there is a risk to your safety or others). I'll explain this fully at the start of our work together.
Contact
If you have any questions, would like to arrange an introductory chat or book a session, please do not hesitate to email me. Reaching out is often the hardest part. I will respond within 2 business days.
